Commercial Terms
Four Things to Know Before You Enquire
- MOQ3,000 pieces per style, per colour. Sizes can be mixed within the total quantity according to your size breakdown.
- Sample Lead Time15–25 days per sample round.
- Sample Costs¥300 (approx. $40): White sample without dyeing
¥600 (approx. $85): Sample using material dyed to your specified colour
¥3,000 (approx. $420): Bra cup mould, if required
International courier costs (e.g. DHL) are paid by the buyer.
Bulk unit pricing is quoted based on the approved sample, selected materials and agreed specifications. - Bulk Production Lead TimeApproximately 60–70 days after sample approval. The confirmed timeline will be stated in your quotation.
The details matter, too. Before sampling is approved, we’ll confirm the number of sample revisions, any separate pattern-making or size-grading charges, how material substitutions are approved, and when the bulk production lead time officially starts.

What sizes do you work with?
From the smallest to the largest: common requests run band sizes 28–52, cup sizes AA–K, and XS–6XL — anything outside that is made on the same base, on request. The full cup-and-back set is approved with you before bulk.
Quality & compliance
AQL 2.5 final inspection.
Fabric is tested on arrival and the finished goods are tested again before shipping. Final inspection is run to AQL 2.5 (ISO 2859-1), the apparel-industry default for acceptable quality.

What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 3,000 pieces per style, per colour. You can mix sizes within that quantity according to your size breakdown.
How long does sampling take, and how much does it cost?
Sample development usually takes 15–25 days per round.
¥300 (approx. $40): White sample without dyeing
¥600 (approx. $85): Sample using material dyed to your specified colour
¥3,000 (approx. $420): Custom bra cup mould, if required
International courier costs, such as DHL, are charged separately and paid by the buyer.
What is your bulk production lead time?
Bulk production usually takes 60–70 days after sample approval. The confirmed timeline is stated in your quotation and depends on factors such as material availability and order quantity.
How do you control product quality?
We inspect incoming materials and carry out a final inspection of finished goods before shipment. Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 in accordance with ISO 2859-1, using statistical sampling to assess the quality of the batch.
What size ranges can you produce?
Commonly requested ranges include band sizes 28–52, cup sizes AA–K, and clothing sizes XS–6XL, depending on the style and construction.
If you need a size outside these ranges, tell us your requirements. We will review the feasibility and confirm any necessary pattern adjustments and grading before bulk production.
What do I need to provide for a quotation?
A tech pack with measurements, a bill of materials (BOM) and artwork is ideal. If you do not have a complete tech pack, you can send us a physical sample or a reference bra to work from.
Please also share your target size range, estimated order quantity and required delivery date. The more details you provide, the more accurately we can assess your project.
